Coaching on Athlo runs through Stripe Connect, so money is handled cleanly and nobody's chasing an invoice.
Pick a coach, choose a time, and pay in-app. Your payment is captured securely and held — not sent to the coach yet.
Show up for your session. The coach scans a QR code to verify the session actually took place.
Once verified, escrow releases and the coach is paid out — typically within a week. Cancelled sessions are auto-refunded.
Open Athlo, go to Coaching, and browse coaches around you by sport and specialty. Pick a coach, choose a time, and book and pay right in the app.
Coaching is processed through Stripe Connect. Payment is held in escrow and released to the coach after the session is completed and QR-verified.
Sign up in the app, connect your Stripe account, set your rates and availability, and start accepting bookings from players near you.
After a session is completed and verified by QR code, the escrowed payment is released and paid out — typically within about a week.
Because funds are held in escrow rather than paid out immediately, a cancelled session is refunded to your original payment method.
